Remarks

Those were 2 of the best years of life. A great learning experience (theory knowledge) combined with the confidence built from organising fests and placement weeks etc prepared me well for my future work assignments. Last but not the least,indebted for my first job opportunity.

Entrance Preview

Secured 94 percentile in CET. Got admission through the general admission procedure in round 3.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is spread over 2 years and the faculty is pretty compitent and knowledge as compared to some of the other colleges in the area.

Internships Opportunities

Students and teachers used to go out and meet corporates and convince them to pick up students for internship. This was followed by the week where we had a number of companies visiting on daily basis. These did incude the firms where college had tie up as well.

Placement Experience

Some managed to secure jobs during internship itself. For others there was a placement week where we has a line up of job opportunities to crack eneral offers were between 2.5 lacs and 7 lacs.

College Events

College festivals are one of the biggest in the city and visited by top notch industrialist and celebrities. Faculty and management gives full support to participate and organise them.

Fees and Financial Aid

Easy to get a eduction loan for any of the courses. Management does help with it.

Campus Life

Gender ratios unfortunately skewed towards males. Students from all economic status,caste and religions can be seen. Never observed any discrimination during my years.

Hostel Facilities

Never stayed at the hostel being a local. But reviews were very good. Food was decent and very reasonably priced.

Alumni/Alumna

Pretty decent. Ex students have made it big in different industries. College does organise allumini meets. Not much interaction for me apart from help and guidance from my immediate seniors.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.
