In ravenshaw, 1st you have to apply the common application form from the university website which costs rs 500 . After providing all correct information you form will be admitted and then university will guide us with a rank list and you can get your name according to your percentage. There's no entrance exam but it can be in future. From 350 bsc seats above 100 seats are reserved for sc st and obc caste students . Admission process is well mannered and disciplined.

I have chosen the course of bsc geography cause it provides a big opportunity and scope in upsc sector And the degree certificate from this university will guide me right in my future. There's so many students pursuing their dreams here and our department has 140 above under graduates. Faculty members are so helpful and talented and they provide us all necessary things needed in our studies. We get 6 semesters in 3 years that means 2 in 1 year. It's really difficult to get a good score if you don't study hard.

As it's a reputated government college, it's fees system is suitable for all type background students. As a bsc undergraduate, my admission fees was 2250 and it's very less and you have to pay for all semesters also which is also very few amount. There's are so many opportunities for our scholars as our university provides many scholarships for all under and post graduates. There are national scholarships, hindi merit scholarships, matrubhasa scholarships , samaj scholarship and many more for our students . Whatever, job opportunities are there after graduation and university doesn't take any authority of students to get jobs. They have to do it by their own.

Being honest, ravenshaw campus life feels like home. It has very good hostel authorities, canteen, college campus as well as play ground. The group is big and well maintained.various kinds of sports are played in it .We own a library named kanika library which provides all types of marvellous books and now on, other electric materials are also available there. Ravenshaw is famous for its all time talent showing programmes and our students organizes so many ethical and cultural programmes in every week. We get holi festival, basant utsav, ganesh chaturthi, dipavali in our college campus and it's celebrated in an amazing way. Essay and debate competitions are also here to encourage us to be more practical and intellectual. Some of the socials groups of ravenshaw are social service guide,day scholars association, dramatic society, athletic Association.
