Course Curriculum Overview
1st sem : overview of advertisment, entertainment and journalism 2nd sem: specialization in entertainment Film making, event management, talent management, celebrity management, film marketing, 3rd sem: internship and campus interview.
Internships Opportunities
Vaicom 18, balagi, vidhu vinod chopra and many such production houses come for campus interview and the stipend offered is around 6 to 8k. These are the names of some good companies which come for job placement in our college and its quite interesting to look forward to.
College Events
Met mahautsav is celebrated in our college and some celebrities are invited as a a guest during the fest to enhance the event. Last year Salman khan was invited during the fest as a chief guest of met college and this time they ate inviting Rj saleel the famous radio jockey and some well known actress for the inauguration of our grand event i.eme mahautsav.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is not at all appropriate and worthy enough for this course 2, 58, 000 for 1 and half year which i feel is very expensive. The 1st sem had so many holidays in a week which was not required and accordingly the 1st sem was kept forcibly according to me just to extend the course curriculum.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship offered as such apart from loan. Loan is in instalments for obvious and two banks are affiliated with our college to provide loan for this course i.e Saraswat bank and bank of Baroda.
Campus Life
No gender inequality as suchThe campus life is something to talk about rather than studies. We 4 friends usually in free time go to play carrom There's long tennis, table tennis, chess and many more.
Hostel Facilities
No hostel facility provided and the food tastes delicious. The food caterers are from shiv sagar hotel which is well known in mumbai for is taste and hygiene and its quite delicious and fresh.
Alumni/Alumna
No comments as such, Seniors are as expected egoistic and self centred apart from some of my friends who were there with me during my graduation are sweet.
Exam Structure
Not at all hectic when it comes to the exam part It was quite simple and chilled out. No pattern as such. No brainstorming and the exam structure of 1st sem actually sucked because it had only presentations and no practical session or practical exams as such.
Faculty
Faculty of the college sucks, No respect for students at all Guess this was my worst decision to join met college and would never recommend it to anyone.
