I wanted to take CS/IT branch and at my rank it was the best option available Faculty to student ratio is fine Permanent Faculties are well-qualified but there are a lot of visiting faculties as well who will teach you specially in 1st year. Teaching is not that great. Classes get cancelled regularly and teachers don't teach you much. You have to do everything by yourself. But the good part is college academics is not tough at all. It's very easy to pass exams here as if you are on boundary of like 4-5 marks they pass you and if by increasing 2-3 marks your grade can change they do that also. Moreover for those students who get back they make seperate papers which are on easier side so you can pass it with little efforts also. Mid Sem Tests are held 3 times a semester from which best two scores are included and each test is of 20 marks. And checking is very tough in MST-2 but very lineant in MST-3 so MST-1 and MST-3 are those tests where you can have your maximum score.

There are not very much internship opportunity available from college. Very few companies come for internship so cracking an internship would be tough than the placement. If you want to do am internship you will have to find it on your own.

From 7th Semester students are eligible for placements and a good percentage of students get placed. Competition is not that hard. Highest Package: 64 lakhs Average Package: 6 lakhs All data is in reference of CS/IT branch only

Fees is very low as compared to other colleges. It's a government college so Tution fees is 82,000/year Hostel fees: 44,000/year Mess fees: 16,000/year So your degree will be around of 6 lakhs with hostel and 3.6 lakhs without hostel Scholarships available: MMVY: Students with more than 85% in 12th CBSE and 75% in 12th MP Board are eligible for this scholarship. Parent's income should be less than 6 lakhs per annum. TFW: There are specific seats available known as The Fee Waiver but for this your rank in JEE Mains should be highest in your branch.

It has the Central India's largest cultural fest known as AAKSHANK. It is conducted in February generally but due to COVID it is happening in May this year. It has 3 floor huge library where you will get all the books. You can issue the books but you are not allowed to go into the library right now due to COVID and it closes by 5PM. Classrooms are just simple like a school. They are spacious but no extra facilities are there. There are various clubs in the college providing you opportunities. They have E-cell (Enterpenurship), ACM(Coding Club), Phoneix (Gaming Club), Pratyaksh (Drama Club), ISC(Sports Club), Goonj(Musical Club), Feedbox, Thinker's cafe(Podcast Club), Fit India (Fitness Club), EWB (Social Work), NSS etc. There is a catch that no sports facility is available in this campus. For everything you will have to go DAVV University Campus which is around 1 km from the engineering campus

In College Hostel you will have 2 & 3 sharing room. You will get a bed(without mattress), a cupboard, a table and a chair from the hostel. Rooms are okay. You will have to use common washrooms. Geyser facility is provided. In timming for Girls in the hostel is 8PM and for boy it is 10:30PM Talking about Mess, food is okay like you can eat it kinda similar to other hostel. Other than that you have a canteen in the hostel itself. Colleges Hostels are affordable and fine but if you want to live outside the campus then you can also apply for University hostels which is around 1km from campus and you can travel through city bus. Other than that you can look for rooms and PG at Khandwa Naka(1km), Indrapuri (1.5km) and Bhawarkua (2km). From everywhere you can travel easily through city bus in Rs.5. My recommendation will be Bhawarkua as it is well connected part of city because you will not find anything to eat around the campus in 1km area other than chips and stuff.
