Remarks

This is a decent college with decent faculty and infrastructure. Surely not the one in the league of Narsee Monjee likes.

Entrance Preview

I took BMS entrance exam and scored 76%I always wanted to pursue a management degree. I chose this college due its vicinity to my residence.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was decent projects and presentations were conducted on regular basis. Also the same were quite competitive and helped us improve skills.

Internships Opportunities

No companies came for internship during my education period so wish we had a couple of companies coming for internship. Though stipend was important during those times for penny expenses, the experience would have made some difference.

Placement Experience

I do not think students opting for graduation course (commerce) opt it for getting placed somewhere. These courses help to make a base for higher studies.

College Events

Lakshya' was a festival organized by and for the management students of the college. Students from various colleges used to come and compete on technical, cultural and management grounds.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As far as I can recollect, the college used to charge around Rs. 6000 per year for 3 years. I guess this was decent enough when one considers the infrastructure, faculty and library provided.

Campus Life

Talking about extra curricular activities the college did not offer much. We used to have debates, presentations competitively, but they because it was a management degree course.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no alumni network as far I know. However, recently, I heard that the college is preparing a network. Hope the same is available as soon as possible.

Exam Structure

The exam structure and projects were not so hectic. Though they were rigorous for many, I found it easy going most of the time.

Faculty

Some faculty was good and some bad overall a mixture. I luckily had opted for finance as major and had good faculty. I assume the overall faculty was definitely not as good as NM or Mithibai.

Placement Experience:

BMCC college provide the internship as well as placements to the interested students. Average package in BMCC college your can expect 4 lpa and the highest can go up to 7 lakhs. In BMCC college well known companies like JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, BNY mellon,HDFC Bank, Wipro , Infosys, Tata Motors, Zomato etc have came for the Placement. Looking at the current scenario in the market placements are okay in BMCC college. But still it can be improved college needs to get more well known reputated companies also they should make sure to get a good job role for the students.

Placement Experience:

WWI has a Placement Cells that keeps a track on opportunities for students. There is a mandatory internship that students need to complete after completion of sem 4 before sem 5 is commenced. Students can also get internships in the winter break during sem5. There are various live projects that students can work on depending on their interests and experience during the academic year. Never come to mks

I wanted Mks college because I live in Andheri, so it's quite near to me, but I would tell you to choose Bhavan's over Mks MKS doesn't have AC nor they have clean toilets nor a good canteen. Nor good teachers, nor good campus. admission process is very smooth because they want you to get in the college. They will be sweet and polite to you.
