For a specialization like marketing, you need to score well in your entrance exam to opt for a good and prestigious college. It depends on the percentile that you have received at different entrances. You do not have to pay any commission or any additional fees to the mediator or any agency.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course as I want to make my career in marketing and research. the ratio was quite okay. Most of the faculty members are highly qualified I.e., PhD, Mba. The exams timings were of 6 months gap and quite average difficulty level to paas

Internships Opportunities

The internship that I got is from outside. The company is occl ltd where my profile is marketing research. I took two projects one is on sustainable management and the second one is on the research on choosing the best CRM tool for the company in which I recommended the Zoho CRM tool to the company.

Placement Experience

From the 3rd sem onwards you are eligible for the campus placements and there is a proper team called tailwind who will prepare you for the gd pi session for practice. Sprinkler company offered around 18 lakhs CTC and they offered a sales profile. Around 90-95% of students got placed. After getting my degree I want to pursue my career in a company where I can see my career growth or where I can learn by earning a good amount.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 10.5 lakhs for 2 years and I got a 50% scholarship during my admission as I gave the written exam which is conducted by the college and in my 2nd year, I participated in an interior design contest where I got 2nd rank and received 75000 as cash prize. So there are a lot of opportunities in which you can participate and achieve scholarships and awards during your tenure.

Campus Life

Actually, it is a question to which I can't able to answer too much as due to covid 19 my 2 years are completed in online mode but I visited two times in the college where I saw a positive and enthusiastic environment. The milange fest which is for freshers and I also participated in this which is held in the August month. The classrooms are air-conditioned, smart boards, and with podium. There is this one event kurukshetra in which different games are arranged like both indoor and outdoor activities.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. No such bad remarks though. Business analytics course review

For the eligibility of the course you must clear all the previous under graduation college exams and atleast give any entrance exam like CAT, MAT,XAT EXAMS are conducted for about 3 hrs for the full credit courses in the college and 1.5 hrs for the half credit courses in the college I think the selection of students should have conducted on some criterion not just seeing that you have given entrance exam...Read More
