REVIEW ON IERT COLLEGE

The admission process begins from the declaration of the jee mains result. Since my college is under AKTU university and previously it admitted students on the basis of UPSEE scorecard but now it takes students onto its institutions on the basis of jee mains scorecard. The eligibility of the course is JEE mains exam. The application forms are commenced after 2 to 3 weeks of the jee mains exam result declaration. The students can find the application forms on the official AKTU website, i.e. www.aktu.ac.in. The fee for the application form is 2000 INR for registration into the counseling done by UPTU for admission into the private and government institutions of the University. Reservation is only for the OBC, SC, and ST candidates. The improvent is that councelling must be very fairely done on the basis of students ' scored marks.

This college is a very good college such that it offers very well libraries, faculty, campus, and location as well. The faculty ratio is 1: 4 which is ( student: teacher). The teachers are very well qualified as that most of the teachers are P.hd holders in their respective subjects and their way of teaching is also very good and enjoyable. The teachers are always keen to help each and every student in every possible way so that a student can make solve his /her problems. There is also a very well-planned path for the study structure such that monthly tests are being commenced to test the ability and understanding of the students. If a certain percentage of students not performed well on the test then the faculty take steps to resolve the problem. And we also have sessional exams which are held after the completion of 2 units in each subject and are held after 2 months gap. The exams are very conceptual and based upon the AKTU university exams problems .

The major percentage of internships is from the alumni system and its connected companies. The roles like machine engineer, data analyst, accountant and software security solutions provider, etc are offered. The projects are also given to the students to test the knowledge of the students taken out from the course and to check whether they are knowledgeable Or not.

The students of the 3rd year and 4th year are eligible for sitting in campus placements. The internships are also offered by the alumni system and its connected companies. The companies like Azure, HCL, Croma, TCS, WIPRO, etc venture into the campus for placements. The highest package offered by TCS is 600000. The average package is around 3 to 4 lakh. The no. Of students who got placed is generally 60 to 80 percent of the total 100 %. My plan is to take a job in Qualcomm Industries. As a data analyst and do good work for our nation.

The Institute charges 63000 fees per year as tuition fees and also includes hostel fees that are 25000. My college is very popular on the basis of scholarships as well as students whose family income is under 2 lakh are able to avail of the scholarship which is funded by the CMO Or the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. The fee hike policies which are the drawbacks of the society are not viable in my college. The fees are confined at all. The scholarship which is availed by the students is UP scholarship. The campus jobs are not available here but many internships are offered by the alumni system for the student's betterment in their fields.

The campus life is well and very enjoyable. Such that the campus is very well filled with green plants and trees and a very clean environment. It contained a separate place for sitting and playing. The annual technical fest is Technovation and the cultural fest is Udhbhav which is usually a fresher's party. They are held simultaneously after a gap of 1 month between them. They are well celebrated with joy. We had a big Central Library which contained books written by foreign and domestic writers both. And is controlled Or funded by the Alumni. The classroom is well furnished and ventilated. Students can sit very comfortably on them and study well. The extracurricular activities are cricket, volleyball, table tennis, etc. We had social groups for seminars, placements, Coding groups etc. The website of IERT is well designed by the teachers and students of 3 rd and 4th years.

The room is well ventilated by the lights and fans and proper availability of sockets for further requirements of devices. There is also proper availability of sunlight by the windows. The hostel is also cleaned every week for hygiene purposes. The meals are also very delicious and well cooked. The meals are provided 4 times a day as breakfast, lunch, snacks and at last dinner. The menu is totally based on the interest of the students they demand what they want to eat. And if they found any issue with food then strict action is taken against the chiefs.
