Remarks

Students can opt for this btech plastics technology course through anna university counseling..if you have a cut off range between 85 to 90 it is easy to get addmission to CIPET. Diploma graduate students can enter as lateral entries.. students who are selected by anna university will give preference in scholarships

Course Curriculum Overview

It is a unique course with a great opportunity in future. As it a skill based course students must have practical knowledge other than curriculum. CIPET has one of the finest faculties but the only drawback is there will be insufficient faculty counts...thus it is forced to appoint some guest faculty (ie. Facilities with minimal core knowledge) . In terms of exams you can write based on your understanding ( theorems and algorithms will be less)

After completing 6 semesters without any backlogs students are eligible and many top recuiters like relience, dow chemicals conduct interviews to offer placement.Highest package will be 75k/month and average will be 20k/month...this will vary truly based on individual skill.Not many students will opt for plastics technology thus competition will be comparetivly less which results in almost 100percent placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee Structure will be moderate and equal as other anna university colleges. There are several opportunities that provides Scholarships for backward students and girl students.As I was in corona batch there is no such thing as job in campus with stipend

Campus Life

There is a CIPET newsletter, CIPET e-magazine that contains several information based on upcoming events in CIPET. There is almost 5 club in CIPET which is organised by students and assisted by faculties includes art and craft club, entrepreneurship club, photography club, music club, environmental club.Another downside in CIPET is lack of sports equipment in campus and insufficient ground place

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

My safe place

I believe that our college give a best placement ever because it is a Central institute college and of course, we can easily enter into the government jobs and they literally provide good placements with a good salary and the average salary in our college will be like 4 to 5 lakhs and also we have internship facilities. In our own colleges, we know need to roam around the city for internship. And we also have ARC TS the programme which is a big building where I experiments and testing will be happening and we can lively see how the plastics are being manufactured produced being moulded and being served as a final product also from the. Scars to the end, we can see everything. Practical view is the most sensitive view. We can easily grab our knowledge with and why I got rejectionaries because of the cut off maths which I got I bought only 149, which was not sufficient for me to go into Anna University. My first college was Anna University and the same college was also announced later technology. Third was my college, a manufacturing engineering and the fort was my course plastic technology. The first 3 was rejected because of my cut off marks. But then I don't care about that because now I am getting placed in a good college and I'm going to be playing placed good in my career also....Read More
