-> to get admission to Vishwakarma Government engineering College your criteria have to be pass the 12th in Gujarat board and GUJCET exam. After passing this all exam admission can be done by ACPC. You have to go to the ACPC website and register for yourself. After registering, your details ACPC gives you a rank from your 12th percentage and GUJCAT exam marks. there are three rounds for admission mok round, first round, second round, and offline admission too. choose your college as Vishwakarma Government engineering College and if you rank past the cutoff then you can get admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
In Computer Engineering course the first year has most of the same subject for every engineering students. Core subjects start from the second year. Some are good core subjects and some are the worst subject they can choose. They have many faculty for the subject but some are not in good in a particular subject. the teaching method is not good. Term exams are conducted once in semester . Exam is average to pass but timetable always worst.
Internships Opportunities
Students can do an internships in the 8th semester at Vishwakarma Government Engineering College. You can also do project work instead of an internship. After the internship, you have to submit your report to the faculty to pass the 8th semester.
Placement Experience
In the 8th semester, the student can get campus placement. Some can get in the 7th semester. Many companies are come to give placement like Reliance, Nirma, Infosys, TCS,eInfochips, torrent power, IBM, L&t, and Byjus. Many students can get placement. The highest package is around 6th lakh and the average is 3 lakh. 272 students get placement in 2022
Fees and Financial Aid
Vishwakarma Government Engineering College is a government college so the fee is cheaper than others. every semester fee is between 1700-1900 rupees. Exam fees are also cheaper. You can get many scholarships of different types, Like MYSY, DIGITAL GUJARAT, etc.
Campus Life
The campus is huge. They are many fests and one tech fest held on the campus. Like tech2 2.0, code wars, robot wars, hackathons, etc. books are not sufficient in the library. Most people never enter the library. The campus is big but not good as it has to be. many social groups in college like NSS, NCC, etc.
