You must have a minimum of 50% marks in your intermediate. Application forms are online available in the portal Sams Odisha. Category wise cutoff published for admission in college. Reservation is as per central government rules. The admission process is very smooth and easy for everyone.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen this course in keeping a view of the future and opportunities after studying. The faculty and students ratio is 5:1, For every 5 students, there is 1 well-experienced faculty. Faculty are well trained and well qualified and the teaching is according to the state government model syllabus. Term exams are held in every six months and it is quite easy to pass the exams as the teaching is done for everything.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is Rs- 3500 yearly which includes both admission and course and examination fees. Scholarship schemes like state scholarship - Prerana, E-Medhabruti, etc are given by the state government to meritorious students. And central scholarship like National scholarship is given to the students of economically weaker sections.
Campus Life
There is an annual function every year, in which various cultural programs are performed, various competitions are held and certificates are given. A very well developed library is there with thousands of books on different subjects and weekly and monthly journals are there l. Annual sports is held every year in which a variety of sports events occur and it runs for at least 15 days. Many extracurricular activities like blood donation and the Redcross program are done.
