Remarks
The eligibility for engineering study is to get 50%in the physics chemistry and maths subjects of the standard twelve. I joined this college by management quota by approaching the college directly for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose electronics and communication engineering because I would like to work on circuits and it's designing process and so on. The ratio of faculty is 31:1 for a class. There will be two class advisors available for a class. Most of them are having their Ph.D. The rest are doing theirs.
Internships Opportunities
Our college usually allows students to do at least an internship either with the companies they have signed MoU or outside. The companies select students by their passion, technical knowledge, and aptitude, ILP is the space in our college to learn and update the latest technologies.
Placement Experience
The placements begin in the fifth semester which is from the third year. Our college is placing almost all the students except ones with the backlog and those who wish to go to higher education. The average salary package is 4.6L per annum. The highest package is 22L by Human resource for three of our students. The lowest package is 3.5L.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a scholarship scheme provided by the Parthasarathy foundation run by our college. They will be offering fees waiver depending on the cut-offs that we get. Above 190 will get full fees waiver and between 185 and 190 will get half fees waiver. I don't find any hike in the fees so far.
Campus Life
The annual fest in our college usually at the even semesters is Takshashila. This is the mega event of our college that will be scheduled for two days this year. There are symposiums for each of the departments of our college that includes. Both include technical and non-technical events. The library is renewed and updated. The class is equipped with wifi and projectors. All the sports facilities are available.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is well furnished with good furniture like study tables, Beds. It has wifi router for each of the rooms. Toilet and bathroom is attached. The mess food is good to have but not always. There is no extra process for the hostel registration all are included in the admission.
