I took IIT JEE (mains) entrance exam. I secured rank around 9k , I heard about the college through my friends ,in fact his brother was studying in the same college.

We have internship offers in our 3rd year of our course. Majority of the companies host a separate exam for internships. The average stipend offered is 30, 000 per month during summer holidays. Most of the students in turn gets a full time job after their internship.

IIIT Allahabad is known for its campus placements. almost all of the students (>95% ) gets placed. The average salary offered is 10 -12 LPA . All the major IT companies visits our college during our placement session . Some of them are Amazon, microsoft, flipkart, walmart, samsung .

Fee structure is not expensive here , As the college is funded by Human resources development of India. On an average semester fee is 60,000 which is far less when you compare with other private universities.

Our college provides scholarship based on the talent of the students. Students who ranks in the top 10 receives 18k per semester. As of now, college does not provide any loan facilities.

Campus life is awesome here students prefer to stay in the college than in their homes. gender ratio is 3 : 1 (boys to girls). We have all type of indoor and outdoor sports (cricket, squash, tennis, badminton, football ).

Exam structure is similar to every other engineering college in India. We have mid and end term exams in every semester. other than that we have quizs happens once in a while .Labs are frequent in IIITA structure . Other than few days in a semester, our days are pretty quiet and peaceful .

The faculty does not met with our college standards although all are well qualified. But they are some extraordinary professors in some limited departments. Most of the students learn knowledge from Internet and books than through attending lectures.
