Remarks
Admission to IIIT Raichur's B.Tech programme is based on the JEE Mains exam, which is followed by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling. I had made up my mind to go according to the suggestion given to me by my family counsellor, My brother also graduated from the same University which gave me more confidence to come here.
Course Curriculum Overview
My technical course follows a set of guidelines. It is quite adaptable. The course material is well-organized. The curriculum is well-designed, with all of the course's major themes covered. The curriculum at the institute is extremely well-structured. The structure of this course curriculum made me learn a lot of new mechanical concepts and practicals.
Placement Experience
When I got the admission then I had discussed a lot about the placements with my seniors and they instructed me that the institute has an excellent track record. Everyone at the institute gets the opportunity to participate in interviews with reputable firms like Microsoft and TCS, which come to our campus.
Fee Structure And Facilities
There are eight semesters in the course that I am taking. It's a four-year programme. The overall cost of the four-year programme is Rs. 7.25 lakhs. The first-year fee is 200000. The cost structure for the final three years of the programme is 175,000 each year. Just like in other Indian Institutions, there were no such scholarships here.
Campus Life
The institute's extracurricular programmes are excellent. For the pupils, the institution offers trips and tours. During these travels, we also had the opportunity to participate in activities such as dance and singing. Different days, like Republic Day and Independence Day, are also commemorated at our institute.
