All about Amity University Chhattisgarh( Academics, Hostel fees, Placements)

The university checks the 12 the board marks. there is no application fee last year due to covid but sometimes the university keeps some fees around 1000 rs. Most of the application date starts in June and ends in August. The application form can be accessed from the main portal of the university. The college provides scholarships to students who score good marks in their 12th class. if a student gets more than 93 ./. in the 12th board he/she can get 100./. scholarship. once you fill out the application form you may get a mail about the confirmation of your admission. in between you have to give a test.

I choose computer science engineering because from my childhood I had a passion to become a software engineer. I always like to work with new technologies. when I thought to do B-tech I didn't even think of any other branches because I know CSE fills my dream. the faculty is quite good enough, well experienced and friendly too. almost every faculty completed their pgs in their respective fields. they use projectors to explain in a detailed manner. coming to the academics it is very easy to pass if you could spend a little time. there would be two midterms, internals, externals, and everything would be completed smoothly. no need to take pressure on academics there would be a lot of time to spend your time in different activities.

There would be a lot of opportunities available regarding internships. and most of the students start completing internships after 2nd year. you could also do other outside internships if you like.

students who completed their 3rd year are eligible for the placements. mostly service sector companies come for the placements. The highest package is 20 lakhs and the average package is 6 lakhs. the students who got selected in the placements would have 65 to 90 percentile. I also want a good placement from a production company with good placement

The fees should be paid semester-wise. for Computer science engineering it costs around 60,000 pr semester and hostel fees are separate. per each year it costs 2 lakhs including tuition fee and hostel fee. you could also get a scholarship if you get more than 93./. in the 12th board.

There would be monthly fests and a lot of webinars that make us learn a lot of things. There is a big library where a lot of books are available. the classrooms are very large and seatings are also comfortable. there would be central AC. The labs are also good with enough equipment and machines.

The hostel is good with proper infrastructure. but as I came from the south I suffer a little regarding food. you should complete hostel registration 10 days before your arrival. you should also need to pay some security amount. The hostel fee should be paid at a time for the whole year but the mess fee should be paid monthly wise.
