Remarks
Gujcet exam was required. We have to apply from the ACPC portal. We can find fees, dates and every detail about that college on the ACPC portal. Overall admission procedure was good. We just required no cast discrimination(no reservations for any category), consider everyone equal and give admission according to their performance.
Course Curriculum Overview
I selected the computer science and engineering course as it is in great demand. There are more job opportunities for computer engineers that's why it would be useful for us. Talking about faculties, they are very humble, and helpful. Every faculty has a minimum master's degree and few of them have PhD in the healthcare field. Term exams were always organized after midterm exams and submissions and it is easy if we have scored well in midterm and learned the whole syllabus.
Internships Opportunities
Few local companies like zujo techs, webby genius, etc. came to our college for different roles like software developer, web developer, PHP developer, WordPress developer, and salesforce developer with the stipend of 6 to 8 thousand and package around 2.5 lacs. In projects, I have learned about Salesforce administrator tasks like creating objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, flow builders and development tasks like writing apex class, triggers, batch class, creating lightning web components etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees were overall less compared to other colleges. 3 students of each class get free admission through the TFWS program according to their rank. Also, we can apply for mysy scholarships. Talking about jobs, a few companies came to our college for placement and hired a few students with an approximate stipend of 6000 to 8000 per month.
Campus Life
Our college organizes VISVESMRUTI tech fest every year in September month, mostly on world engineer day. Reference books for each and every subject are available in the library for every student. Every classroom has projectors for teaching purposes. Our college organizes sports week mostlu in January and arranges the games like cricket, volleyball, carrom, chess, badminton and many more. Also, there is one annual function called kashish after the sports week. Our department's students run a group called DEVELOPER STUDENTS CLUB in which they organize webinars, and workshops on different fields like web development, data analysis, etc.
