Campus life in vaagdevi college.

The admission process to this college is on the Telangana state entrance test. The opening cutoff rank for a general student is 30000 and the closing rank is around 75000. I got 32000 in ap eamcet and I belong to BC-A. so, I got a computer science and engineering course at this college. After applying for counseling and getting into this college. I reached here and the application fee for this college is 2500. After submitting all your 10th, inter, and entrance test results they just verify and approve your admission.

I am much interested in tech things, and I have researched a lot on the internet and I took some suggestions from my family members and my friends. And finally decided to take this course. In this college student to faculty ratio is 12:5. Teaching in this college is good but not up to the mark. Faculty members were highly qualified Ph.D. lecturers. Exams will be conducted as usual because this college is not an autonomous college.

Students from last semester are eligible for campus placements. The placement percentage in our college is 60%. No big tech companies visits here. Companies like cipla, tech mitra, and many small companies visits our coolege and recruits our students by giving average package of 4 lakh rupees. The highest package received till now is 8 lakhs and lowest received till now is 1.8 lakhs. After getting degree from our college i will write Gate examination and complete my massters in big university.

There will be no fee hike in this college. And if u scored good marks and ranked in T-CET you may be applicable for full fee reimbursement. You do not have to pay anything as the academic fee-only thing you have to pay is the hostel fee which is around 85000 per year inclusive of hosel mess and other charges.

Many fests will be conducted in our college and each student in our college should participate actively in any tech fest conducted by the university. The classroom consists of 30 members and the classroom is not maintained well. There are many clubs which are currently running under students of our college. Some of them are google DSC club, etc.

Hostel infrastructure and maintenance are good. But hostel food is not nice. It is very bad to eat this hostel food. The meal quality is poor. And the menu of this mess food is also poor. The registration for the hostel can be done in the admission process itself. The hostel room is too high to pay. In other colleges in our Warangal, it will be around 55000. According to my opinion better if u can take a PG hostel which is much more affordable than here, but you can pay a mess fee here and you can eat here in the college.
