Remarks
The admission process begins after the NEET-UG results. The state government releases a merit list and counselling is conducted based on this merit list. During the counselling process, college is allowed, and then students have to go to college for admission. The application form is available at the college. I belong to the sc category so I availed myself reservation in the sc category.
Course Curriculum Overview
I joined this course because I have an interest in medical sciences. The faculty-student ratio is 1:25. The faculties are well experienced, they take theory classes in a lecture hall and clinical classes on hospital clinics. Our college takes test exams every month and also takes semester exams every 3 months. One needs to study hard to pass the exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
The admission fees are affordable for all category students. Since it is a government medical College so the students can apply for education loans from major banks. Also, the students can apply for scholarships at the National scholarship portal. I do get a scholarship worth 30k per year. This college provides an incentive of 31k per month to the students doing internships.
Campus Life
The annual fest of our college is celebrated during the month of November. We call famous Bollywood celebrities during the fest. We also conduct various cultural activities during the college weeks. We enjoy ourselves a lot during the college annual fest. Many of us are involved in organisations like NMO, some state sports clubs, and HIV awareness Programs.
Hostel Facilities
I have applied for hostel on college administration, they allot me hostel number 3. Our hostel campus is very clean and situated in cool place. We have both single and double bed rooms. Some students who doesn't get hostel can stay in nearby PG. The pg slightly costly than government hostel.
