Remarks
The admission process is easy. You can give the entrance test available on the GLA official site. You can get a scholarship if you have the 12th percentage of more than 80%. If you have more than 80%, 250000 rupees scholarship will be provided.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am in Btech Mechanical Engineering. I chose Mechanical Engineering because I have an interest in this field and I want to become a mechanical engineer. Faculties are very good and they help you whenever you need them.
Placement Experience
The campus placements are very good as the college assured 100% placements and in good company, you will become eligible for placements in 3 years or after 3 years. Some big companies that are visited on campus are Accenture, Capgemini, cognizant, and VMWare. The highest package of our college is by Amazon of 38 lakhs. Almost every student gets placed in companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
voltas give internship for mechanical and electrical engineering students. Daikin gives internships for mechanical engineering and electronics and electrical engineering students. My project is SUN TRACKING SOLAR PANELS.
Campus Life
There is a vast range of clubs according to one's interests. There are separate sports clubs for Badminton, Tennis, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Kabbadi, Athletics, Technovation Club, Natraj Club, Viti Club and so on. Also, DJ nights like Transmee, cultural fests like Arambh, workshops on Arduino, English speaking, Cyber security, Mechanical engineering and various fields are organised
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility are quiet well as they have propper cleaning regularly and they provide the basic things in the hosrel rooms like a chair, table, dustbin, bed, light bulb, wifi cable or router and an almirah. The bathroom and toilets are common on each floor according to the size of hostel. Mess menu is also good they provide seasonal meal and everyday they serve different meal. The registration of hostel can be done at the time of admission.
Interview Experience
I gave an online MCQ based test and for that, I have gone through my 12th standard books of physics, chemistry and mathematics with basic English language. The questions were of good level. I recommend that one should revise or summarize the topics before the exam for a good score. Also, he/she should have scored above 60% in the high school examination.
