Remarks
The admission criteria of GLA University are quite easy. A student should qualify for the test known as GLAET to take admitted to this University. There are some logical and easy questions related to English Maths and Science in the test. The examination is online proctor-based.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I found good placements in this course. I am also quite interested in Cyber Security since high school. The faculty-student ratio is nearly about 1 teacher to 10 students. The faculty of this college is quite good, talented, and supportive. Almost all the professors are either Ph.D. graduates or undergoing their PhD. Term exams are of a moderate level. Not too hard and not too easy.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are offered by the university. University gives good field projects to enhance the skills of students. university helps the student related to internships as that is important for good placements. I am a 1st yr student and doing a field project.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placements from the 3rd semester. Students are offered internships. Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Microsoft are some companies that visit here every year. HIghest package is 32 LPA and the average package is about 7 LPA. 75 percent of students get placed every year. I plan to do a good job after doing this degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Engineering Fee is quite morderate in this university . The fees policy of the university is based on 2 modes 1. SAARC nation 2. Direct Admission . For direct admission the fee is around 1.9lakh per annum . Scholarship is given to the students based on their 12 percentage .
Campus Life
Most of the clubs are run by the seniors to get good exposure to the students. Major clubs of this university are ASME, e-cell(Society) , and Droid. There are many sports and cultural clubs to enhance your nontechnical skills. The library has books of all genres.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are situated nearby the campus . there are 4 seaters 3 seaters and single seater for 1st year . Hostels are kept neat and clean . . Mess is available for food . Food is quite good . they practice good hygiene . The registration process for hostel happens for Hostel happens with the admission process.
