Nice reputed college

GM college is a nice college. It is a well infrastructure college. Management is nice but not so good. Many students doesn't need to go for management in there whole career if there is no issues. Lecturer are nice.

No entrance was needed for enrolling in gm university but since last year entrance for this particular college has started. This was purely on marking in plus 2 board

Course structure was good.They conducted regular classes for each and every program offered. Examination are conducted on semester system. Internal was of 20 marks and semester was of 80 marks. There is a library in college. We had to purchase books as per syllabus. Recommended study material was nice.

No. Our college didn't provide internship. It was a regular course. St and sc students were provided scholarship. But others were not.

Placements were poor but students after graduation get job because of there good percentage of marks. Many companies come at the end of the year but competition is really high. But still some students gets placement. A few companies came for placement before it turned to university from autonomous college.

There were mani contest through out the year. Dance,songs, debate,art,craft, assay, quiz, gd etc competitions were conducted. Every year annual sports was being held. Welcome and farewell ceremony was being held. There many clubs in college like music club etc.

Fee structure is not so expensive. It's hardly 20000 in 3 year. It's affordable. Fees were taken regarding examination form fill up, readmission, etc. Hostel fees is also not so high. It's affordable to most of the family. I suggest this university in terms of money.

No scholarship is offered by the college. Though there are government scholarships of 3000 per year at plus 2 level. And 5000 at plus 3 level. I don't know anything about availability of loan as fee structure is so cheap that loan is not needed. That's the best part of the college.

There are at least 5000 students each year in various subjects. Girls to boys ratio is 70:100. Many sports are conducted in annual sports. NCC is a part of extra curricular activities. Debate, assay,songs,art,craft, cricket match, etc are done. There are many clubs are made for various talented students.

Hostel facility is ok. This college has a big compound and all hostels are within the compound. There are total 6 to 8 hostels for boys and girls separately. Hostel food is of good quality. At least eatable. Hostel infrastructure is good. There is junior hostel for plus 2 level and senior hostels and so on.

Senior are helpful. Ragging is of least concern as it is banned and everyone is abide by the rule. I, myself,have never faced ragging. Seniors are really helpful and friendly. They help both in terms of notes and extra curricular activities. They are nice.

There are semester and internal. Internal is consist of 20 marks. And semester is consist of 80 marks. There are usually 5 units. And in semester there are 5 questions is having 16 marks. There were no short or multiple choice questions. Only long questions were there.

Faculty were scholars and nice. They were either mphil or phd holders. Some are experienced and some are not. They used to conduct regular classes from monday to Saturday. Usually there were 3 to 4 classes each day. All the syllabus was covered before exam and students were provided notes for each subjects. Problems were practiced in college during classes.
