University of Lucknow: The Ancient Heritage.

The eligibility for this course is you need to have 55% in your board exams. You can find the application form online on their website. Once you enter the URL you will get all the information about the course its fees and the rest. I'm from a reserved category so the cutoff for the reserved category people is a little less as compared to those of the general category. I don't think that anything could be as easier as applying for admissions at Lucknow University.

I'm from a humanities background so English Honours were best for me. I wanted to pursue a further career in English and that made me choose this course for me. The faculty consists of intelligent people out there. They are very supportive and treat their students very well. Regular classes with regular exams are held to maintain the education process at its top. All the teachers are well qualified holding a pHD degree with them.There are 2 exams hel in a semester. One is mid-sem and the other one is finals. A students who is attendind the regular classes feels easy to pass the exams with good marks.

The roles offered by various companies according to the student's expertise in the field. The stipend offered was a little low according to some students. BYJUS, VLCC offered placements with fewer stipends.

Since I had done my BA so there was no placement for my batch. But other placements are there in other courses. The students become eligible for the place after the 4th semester. Companies like TCS, Wipro and many more visit the campus to offer placememts to the students. The highest package is of 13 lac and many students were able to make upto 5 lac packages. 90% of the students gets placed in University. I wanted be become a civil servants. So after the degree I'll be preparing for the civil service examinations.

The BA fees are very less. Any student can afford it. Children get lots of scholarships and financial help if needed. Since my course was not technical I did not get any placements but the ones with technical courses definitely make up in getting the desired placements.

There are lots of cultural activities held at the university. They help in enhancing the talents of young children. There is a great library Tagore Library, that contains all the useful books required by the students. The library has a great atmosphere for a students to read peacefully. The classrooms are well maintained and cleaned properly. There are various curricular activities such as football volleyball cricket and many more that raises the excitement of the students in the campus.
