Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology, shortly named GIET, was established in 1998 in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. GIET college offers B.Tech in 7 specializations at the UG level, and at the PG level, it offers M.Tech in 7 specializations courses like MCA, MBA, MTM, and MAM. Admissions are opened on these courses are entrance-based. The institute also offers a diploma in polytechnic under various specializations courses.

MCA course 3 years(2016-2019) I joined this course because this course is ideal for computer stream and has good faculty in our college. Our faculty members are well experienced, professional, and good they have a friendly relationship with students. College teaching was good and simple mostly they usually teach on ppt and board. Each year we have 2 semesters and a total of 6 semesters for 3 years and 3rd year 6th sem we have the final main project we have done.

Placements were good in our college. Every year MNC companies like Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Accenture .....etc are visiting our campus for recruiting students for their companies. The package offered was nearly 5 Lakhs minimum and a maximum of 7 lakhs per annum. Nearly 60% of students are placed in our college from various branches.

MCA course 3 years(2016-2019) batch. The college fee structure was around 1,05,000 for 3 years(1-year fee was nearly 35,000) Every year Scholarship was given to financially low students and a stipend of 25k is given to the students who were selected on the campus

The campus was good and coming to college fests every year college was conducting an AAHAVAN fest which includes sports, singing, dancing, and cultural events. Every block one library is there and mostly every book is available in that library and classrooms were good with projector facility.
