I've joined the course by clearing the KCET exam, Through online counselling processing conducted by kcet. The admission process was quite simple, and a few others joined via comedk and through direct admission. They provide scholarships for merit students.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in the medical field, but as I couldn't clear MBBS, I choose this as a second option, The faculty is quite supportive, there are many departments in this course so for the practical sessions faculty-student ratio might be around 1:5 depending on the strength of that batch. It is quite difficult to clear the final year exam because there are 8 subjects to pass in a single shot and deal theory, practical, and viva.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is decided by the Karnataka board for those who passed KCET, but for the direct admission seat price hike every year, and MDs the fee depends on the speciality they choose. They don't provide a stipend.
Campus Life
Fest will be held yearly, the library is well maintained and availability of books is great, as we can barrow the book according to our need. There is no campus ground for sports. But they do conduct indoor games. They do support extracurricular activities.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel was average. Quality of food was not that great, they provide one cot with study table and storage space. The hostel fee was too costly for the facilities they provide. Registration process was quiet simple.
