I am Vishnu Sharma student of BSc in agriculture. I am reading in the college of agriculture Sri Ganganagar under swami keshwanand Rajasthan Agriculture University Bikaner I belong to Hanumangarh. In 2021 I clear the joint entrance test (jet) exam and admission to college of agriculture Sri Ganganagar

Course Curriculum Overview

For the dream of an agriculture officer. faculty is well experienced and has proper practical knowledge .all the faculty Ph.D. candidate. The system of class semester vise exam in every six months. Exam level high.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are paid in two types. Normal and payment seat. Normal seat fees are low and payment seat fees are high. OBC and sc categorize different scholarships. Payment seat fees are approx 66000 thousand and normal seat fees 5600 thousand only.

Campus Life

Some programs conduct on college campus senior-junior are some program holi Diwali, etc festival. almost books are available in the library. well aired and furniture class. Sports tennis volleyball in college. students section is a group in college.

Students are eligible for campus placement only from the fourth year there are various company visited in our college some of them they offer minimum package of 1 lakh at the maximum package of 4 lakh only 20% of the student get less the each year I am preparing for MSc for my future studies after this degree

Placement Experience:

In mine college students are eligible after 8th semester for the get an better placement in bsc hons agriculture. Average package is approximate 3 to 4 lakh and highest package is around 7-8 lakh annually. Many company are came for give the placement such as mother's dairy, amul, payas and many fertilizer company etc. I will prepare for an government job after completing my degree.

The thing is that we will have to prepare us by ourselves only for exams and all coz here the faculty neither teaches properly nor complete the course for semester end exams. The people here in ajmer are very conservative and vulgar.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement in 8th semester. Different levels to sit in the placement, Firstly students interested for placement are listed , then they are divided in groups and each group is given with a topic for debate , student which are more effective and efficient speaker are selected from each group . Not any fix cgpa is required but 6.5 and above is average. I am planning to do masters in this branch.

College criteria for all student

Placement Experience:

From 7-8 semester students become eligible for campus placement. Companies visited like ibm , Infosys, wipro , tcs. Percentage of students getting placement is 30 % that is very low. My plan is to study for masters in agronomy.

First of all, we have to give an entrance exam JET. After the result, the cutoff is decided and seats are allocated according to that. You may also get affiliated colleges under this university.
