Jaypee Review by 2nd year

In my year admission process was based on jee rank as well as board percentage. eligibility of the course was you should have passed 12th with 70%+. Application form and dates could be found on the college website.

Course curriculum I liked it. There are fewer unnecessary subjects. Faculties are okay. I wanted to become a computer science engineer as my cousins also pursued engineering. Teachers are postgraduates and some have done PhD. Teaching is fine. We have 3 exams per semester. Its quite difficult to score good in the exams.

If you are skilled then you can easily get an internship as the college provides you with decent internship opportunities. You should have good projects under your belt then you can easily get an internship. I'm in 2nd year and I'll try my best to get an internship in the next year.

Placements are the biggest positive of this college. A majority of students joined this college after seeing the placement only. I think from the 6th sem you are eligible for placements. The placement ratio is good. almost 95 per cent of students get placed.

Fees is a bit higher regarding the services they are providing. Both the academic and hostel fees are on a higher note. It would be difficult for a lower middle class to afford this college . I didn't got any scholarship . I'm in 2nd year and I've heard that campus placements are good.

Campus life is not that good. During covid, I joined this college and since then, the extracurricular activities are not up to the marks. There are no signs of the annual fest. Infrastructure is good but the campus is very small. Library is good, you can get whichever book you want. Classrooms are okay with ac and projector facilities. There are decent cultural and technicals hubs in the college.

Hostel Rooms are okay. A hostel room has 2 beds, 2 almirahs, and 2 study table which is shared by two peoples. The mess is overall good. Some days they make bad but still, I would say it's good. it's just that they don't give extra sweets. Registration process is simple, just fill the form and in most cases you would be allotted a room. The fees of hostel is a bit higher and not that worth.
