Teachers teach through various teaching aids and practical examples along with detailed research on the subject. According to me the college is just improving academically. But it should improve on each and every platform. Not only good academics can make the college good but an all-rounder ship is needed to make a college really good. The college is very much socially backward. No entrance exam was held in the college. Admissions were very easy.

No entrance test was given to take admission, admission is according to the cut off list. I choose this college because faculty of college is good and I am pursuing CA, this college has the morning batch for the student who are doing CA along with graduation by this student can do regular degree along with CA article ship. COURSE CURRICULUM - The course structure was good the subjects given is according to the mental development of the student all the students gets the knowledge about almost every tax whether direct or indirect with practical knowledge also which is very helpful in students carrier.

Placement cell is Good, I myself got chosen to two companies in campus placement Camp. Companies like Infosys, SBI, ICICI, Wipro, Apex Labs etc. visited in my final year. Many students got placed, as college is affiliated to Punjabi UNIVERSITY PATIALA, so students get chance to participate in campus placement melas of UNIVERSITY also.

The college provides all necessary facilities and equipments to the students for maintaining physical fitness and good health. The College has vast sports field which is used for sports like volleyball, basketball, cross country runs, tae-kwando, athletics, yoga and aerobics; has a hard court for basketball and has separate sports room for several indoor games such as table tennis, chess and carrom. The college also has covered Badminton Courts. In addition, the basketball ground is also in place that has been constructed keeping in mind the international specifications.It is a good college. i think for my course -B.com i have chosen best college in my city. Moreover the fees in the college is also reasonable. faculty is highly educated.

On the day of admission, candidates will be admitted on the basis of Admission Counselling conducted by the Admission Committee. The admission to a course will be confirmed only after fee payment through online route within prescribed time.The modes of payment will include Debit card, Credit Card and Internet Banking. If a student does not appear on the date and time scheduled for counselling, he/she shall be placed in the waiting list and his/her admission shall be subject to availability of seats. All admissions shall be provisional and are subject to approval of the Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Improvement in a student’s academic performance and conduct is possible only with the collective efforts of the college as well as the parents. It is well recognized that parent-involvement in a child’s education has positive impact on the child’s academic performance. With this end in mind, the college organizes Parent-Teacher and Parent-Principal Meets regularly. Also, information is passed on to the parents through the College Software on a regular basis. The meetings with the parents prove to be very fruitful because they provide the right kind of forum for collaborative thinking on the child’s academic progress and overall development.

The college organizes ‘Parent Principal Meets’ with the parents of the students who achieve distinction in examinations and show potential of high accomplishment. The achievements of students get recognized this way. The feedback given to parents acts as a catalyst in the child’s growth.

The College Canteen is a popular meeting and socializing place for the students. The canteen serves students with hygienic and healthy food and provides a variety of snacks and beverages. It has a seating capacity of 100 students. Canteen provides the food at affordable prices and food is made keeping in mind the choice and tastes of the students. The job opportunities and placements were poor. Only 2 companies during my entire 3 years came to the college for placement. Google and Intex came for placement and only 10 students got an opportunity for jobs. They lack in this and should improve their placement opportunities. I have no idea about the package the students were offered.

Faculty at SACCM is encouraged to develop themselves by involving into research. The faculty members are encouraged to read standard books. Modern attitude, practical wisdom, knowledge and skills relevant for commerce and management are deeply ingrained in the faculty. The College uses rigorous multifaceted pedagogy with an effective interface with the industry to translate and relate the learning with the reality of management. Research creates opportunities for faculty to enhance their understanding of economic, social and political environment to broaden the horizon not only to adjust to change but to become catalyst, and to develop their power to conceptualize, decide and communicate. The published research papers talk volume in the foregoing respect.

The college offers a bus service for the benefit of students coming from distant places within Ludhiana city. Five buses having a capacity of 25 to 30 seats pass through different routes so as to cover major areas and colonies of Ludhiana. Depending on demand, additional buses are also hired. These buses are also used for industrial visits and short distance excursion trips as well.

SACCM campus is located in village Jhande near Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana. Sprawling across 12.3 acre of land, the campus has a built up area of 1.646 acre and has lush green lawns, state-of-the-art teaching and administrative blocks. The multi crore building is an art form of modern architecture designed by M/s C P Kukreja Associates, New Delhi. It is an RCC building with an impressive façade. Its flooring is done with Kota- stone and White Marble lining. Atrium flooring is done with Udaipur Green and White marble and the Yellow tone, all the way from Jaisalmer, add beauty to its design. Its roof is of poly carbonate sheet. Teak, brass hinges and screws dominate the wood work. Designed etched glass covers the Staff and Library Halls. Louvers are in place for ventilation. The college is surrounded by natural greens which make it one of the most splendid campuses in Punjab. The classrooms are designed to accommodate 70 students in an amphitheater style. All classrooms are well equipped with Over Head Projectors.
