Remarks
Admission process is based on 12th class marks or Jee score. You can easily get admission if you have scored 60-70%. Several reservations are also provided to the students, which includes TFW and PMSSS. The admission process is quite easy. The admission process needs to be more specific and concise.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am a Tech enthusiast and the IT industry is also blooming a lot so i decided to opt for this course. Faculty : students ratio :- 1:10.Faculty of this college is very helpful. They help every student in studies. Faculties are very qualified.They have an experience of more than 10 years.Their teaching method is very interesting.They teach by giving examples.They encourage students to participate in every competition. Every month exams are there followed by pre university test, sessional tests. They make student prepared for exams and it is not much difficult to pass.
Internships Opportunities
In 3rd year we can do internships. It can be paid, unpaid. We can do internships from home or either from the workplace. The name of the companies are Cicso, Capgemini, IBM, TCS, Infosys. Stipend differs according to the internship. Many projects are given in AI, ML, Cyber security, Packet Tracer, AWS. They give us a lot of opportunities and help us to learn a lot. It makes a person knowledgeable which would help us in getting a better placement.
Placement Experience
Campus placement cell is improving alot. In fact almost every student in 4th year is placed. The average package of the placement is 5 to 6 lakhs. The names of the companies are Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, IBM etc. And they offers an average package of 5 to 6 lakhs. Highest package-12 lakhs Average package-4-5 lakhs 95% of the students got placement in 2022 from final year. After getting the degree i want placement in a nice company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees goes on increasing by a little amount every year. But many scholarships are there in our college. For eg. PMSSS, TFS . Students from Jammu and Kashmir can get here complete scholarship . Scholarship is also given on the basis of board exams, if we score good ahead in college then that continues.
Campus Life
The name of the Annual fest is Udghosh. Annual fest (Udghosh) is very interesting in this college. It is a 2 days fest in which first day all the literary events are performed and second day is cultural fest. Also a celebrity comes to the college on cultural fest. Tech fest are organised once in a month in the form of coding tests. Library is very nice. Books and journals are present there, one can go and study anytime in the college hours. It is a very calm place. Classrooms are well furnished. They are neat and clean. Fans are provided in the classroom. For smart classes there are projectors. Every year there is a sports competition between houses and many co curricular activities are a part of it. There are many clubs in our college:-Literary club, Dance club(junoon) , singing club, drama club etc.
