Remarks

My admission was done on merit basis. My class 10th and 12th marksheet was seen. The application form of the referred college can be found online and the application fees is most probably 1000. After filling of the admission form, merit list would be out in which we would have to check our names, and continue the admission process.

I opted for this course because along with bcom hons I am also pursuing CA so it would be helpful for me. The faculty of the college is awesome. The way the teachers teach here is beyond words and they all really make learning easy.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure according to me is reasonable because the college provides all kind of facilities and opportunities to open up in front of everyone. It provides us lots of options to built ourselves up . It provides scholarship on merit basis and provides plenty of options for job, internship and many more .

Campus Life

Many fests , events and other programs are conducted almost every month. The library provides huge amount of quality books. It not only provides books related to our courses but also provides books related to almost every field and topic. The classroom is very well built up. It contains al necessary things that a classroom must have.

Placement Experience:

There are placements in the college campus in the last semester with several companies coming for interviews such as big 4 and big 6 companies and the placements are around 60000-70000 per month after the course.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

My dream was after B.com then I complete M.com then CA but I couldn't do that. Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I got rejected by goenka college of commerce as i could not get their cut off marks . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
