Course Curriculum Overview

B. Pharmacy is one of the growing fields nowadays as covid strikes again and again It provides a good opportunity in the field of pharmaceutical sciences Faculties are well qualified and supportive here Term exams are like two mid semesters are taken in a semester.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 102950 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are different companies that provide internship opportunities like sun pharma, alembic, lupin, and Hindustan wellness. Etc. College also provide industry visit tours recently some of the students visit Manali for an industrial trip

Placement Experience

Approximately 75 per cent of students are got placed in different companies in different fields like production, marketing, coding etc I have planned for further studies like master's in pharmacy as it provides me better future

In recent there is a fest celebrated on campus named ENCUEASIA Students enjoyed a lot that fest Library consists of approx each book needed by students a few may not be there Classrooms are well cleaned and the campus is also vast for different activities Sports fest also organised by college Yes there are many groups for students to run by students.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel accommodation is also good as there are separate boys and girls hostel present here Hostels are present in the same campus as college is there Nearby locality is also good but I find campus hostel is better than other pg

Bpharma at VBSPU

Course Curriculum Overview:

In current scenarios b pharma is one of the best option to pursue carrier for becoming drug inspector or pharmacist. The frequency of exam is after every 3 months we have to give sessional exams followed by annual exams ( theory + practicals).

Decent College with Average Facilities and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average, not very high but some companies do visit every year. Students become eligible for placements from final year, mostly from 7th or 8th semester. Companies are not very big mostly local or mid level pharma companies come. Some roles offered are like production, quality control and marketing. Highest package is not very high, around 3-4 LPA and average package is around 2-2.5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is not very high, maybe around 40-50% approx. Many students prefer to go for higher studies or try off campus jobs. My plan after completing degree is to look for job in pharma field or maybe go for higher studies depending on opportunity. Overall placement is okay but needs improvement.

Simple College with Average Opportunities

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is average, not very high but also not too bad. Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Some companies visit the college but not many big companies comes regularly. Companies like small pharma companies and local companies visit and offer roles like production, quality control and sales. The highest package is around 3–4 LPA and average package is about 2–2.5 LPA. Number of offers is also limited and not all students get placed. Around 30-40% students get placement from campus, rest students have to search job on their own or go for higher studies. College gives some support but not very strong placement help. Because of this, many students including me are planning for higher studies or preparing for competitive exams to get better opportunities. Overall placement is okay but need improvement.
