My experience of My second home

I took my admission through ICAR, and because of that, we can get a compulsory hostel facility which is our choice if we want to opt or not. The campus is very beautiful and well maintained. The security arrangements especially for girls are up to the mark, quite strict but safe. Our seniors are very helpful, guide us, and encourage us and their is only a little bit of ragging which is usually a way of interaction among the juniors and seniors for your personality development and skill enhancement. There are equal opportunities for each and every student irrespective of caste. There are also some reservations for SC, ST. There are many academic activities organized, camps, competition and fest for students to participate and show their skills.

I opted for this course through ICAR. There is ample faculty both for theory and practical classes. The teacher-student ratio is quite balanced. Mostly the faculties are the aluminas of the college, therefore, their understanding about here is quite knowledgeable. Their teaching methods are commendable. They use both English and Hindi according to the preference of the students. Well since last year the admissions were late due to pandemics, therefore the semester is quite smaller now with minimum holidays. The teaching staff manages to complete the syllabus within time and the exams are conducted accordingly. Also, I would personally advise to not to try to cheat or even ask anything from your friends during exams. The inspecting team is quite appreciative when it comes to checking. So any kind of chits, tricks, or asking can lead to back in a repeating year or re-exams.There is also an exam cell well the cheating cases are reviewed and decisions are made by listening to both students and teachers

I am sorry but since I am in my first year of BSc community science, I actually have no idea of how the internship program works here. But as I have heard from my seniors that it's quite nice and not to forget the value of the university's name.

Since I opted through ICAR so there was a 10,000 admission fee throughout the ICAR process. Then after I came to my allotted university I paid 3450 for the admission process here and for the hostel security fee of 3000. The mess bill comes according to the days I have eaten or present in the hostel which is around 2750 per month but it depends on your presence in the hostel like if you went home for 5 days then these 5 days' mess bill will be not be included. And for next semester I paid 6500 which consists of 4650 for the semester fee and 1850 is the hostel fee for next semester. There is also certain scholarship for SC students in the form of PMS certificate which provide them to enroll with fewer fees.

let me inform you the place where am currently studying is Asia's largest AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY and the campus is just so amazing, beautiful, gorgeous and whatnot. Its maintenance, greenery, and every damn thing inside the campus are so well maintained and taken care of. We have ASIA'S 2nd LARGEST LIBRARY called NEHRU LIBRARY which has so many books and the studying environment is just wow. Well the classrooms are nicely taken care of and there is a blackboard and white screen present for the teachers to teach and projectors are also present. The ventilation in the room is good. We have our CCA for certain semesters where we can participate in sports or any cultural classes which are compulsory for all to take part but it's according to one's choice which activity he or she wants to opt for. We have GIRI CENTER well technically it's a sports stadium where each and every sports is played whether indoor or outdoor. There are clubs for each activities.

Well in the room there is one bed, one study table, and one cupboard for a student. The mess food is good and the menu is quite nutritious. There is not much procedure for availaing hostel facilities. But of course sometimes locals can't get the hostel facility bit if you are through ICAR then it's like there is always a room booked for you. Well am not sure bit I guess the price of PG is quite high since the hostel facility is not available to all so their demand is also quite high.
