Remarks

The admission was based upon merit, there wasn't any entrance exam, and bonus points were awarded for extracurricular activities before the release of final cutoffs. We had to choose our course and Campus preferences and then we were offered a seat in the admission rounds according to cutoffs. We had to secure our seats by paying the admission fee and our course and campuses were upgraded in the subsequent rounds according to the cutoffs of those rounds only.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I chose this course as I had a keen interest in the field of banking and finance. The faculty members are excellent, they are well qualified and teach very well. The student to faculty ratio is also very good. We have 3 teachers for 5 different subjects in our class of 65 students. The exams are held at regular intervals, there are 2 main exams in a semester that is mid sem and final sem exams along with continuous evaluation based on class participation.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Currently, I haven't seen any internal internship opportunities in my college while there are many external internship opportunities available for the students of my college, the stipend ranges from 3000 Pm to 10000 Pm. Unpaid internships are also available. The work includes content writing, sales, lead generation etc.

Placement Experience

4

Students become eligible for placements in the 5th and 6th semesters. Many companies visit our college since our course is new so not much is known about the companies which will visit the campus during the placement drive. The highest package offered after courses like BCA is around 7 lakh. More than 90 per cent of the students receive job offers during the placement drive. I plan to do MBA after my course.

Fees and Financial Aid

I think that the fees of my course are very less when comparing it to the fees of BBA in private colleges but it is a bit high when comparing it to that of government colleges. It is still quite affordable and worth the money as the infrastructure and classrooms are well equipped. I haven't received any scholarship yet.

Campus Life

4.5

I haven't witnessed any annual fest yet but there are 4 activity days in each semester in which various activities are conducted including sports, games, stand up comedy, ethnic days etc. There are many clubs which are being run by the students like a debate club, music club, social service club, photography club etc. The students of BBA (BFSI) which is my course also run a finance newsletter. Classrooms of degree courses are fully AC, they have projectors and whiteboards as well. Books related to our available easily in the library.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.
