According to me, MBA is a very leading program in a management sector. PGDM/MBA is related a management program so it needed technical activities like GD, Presentations, face to face communications etc., which provided by this college. So I was gain knowledge about how to express yourself in front of Bank’s Manager or MNC’s CEO which is most important part of this course.

Placement Experience

According to me, placement of this college was not good. Companies offered very low packages to the students. Companies who come in the college which have designed very hard interview for the students and most of them students do not crack any interview. So Placement of this college is not good.

Fees and Financial Aid

I was one of the student of this college who was also a part of scholarship scheme. I got a scholarship of 20000 per semester. Also, there was loan facility available for the students who can not afford fees at one time. It provides a relaxation in the fees by paying it in installments.

Campus Life

Overall this college is good for enjoyment but not in career development. It is good for chilling with friends, spends time in canteens, enjoys the events but according to me, it is not good for career growth, skills development etc. Students do not learn anything about the career growth.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities of this college were average. They were charges very high amount of money for a hostel. The quality of food was not good So my seniors ate at the college mess. They really serve very poor food. The quality and taste were horrible.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

I did not interact with my seniors but I heard from my classmates that they were not good. They did not help anybody and they didn’t solve any query regarding the placements, notes etc.

Exam Structure

There was 2 internals and 1 externals in a whole semester of six months and Practical are also held after both internals and externals. It was conducted once a semester. We had 2 semesters a year. We had few sessions for each subject so 1 session absent, reduces 1 mark and if we are done with 4, we might fail. It was ridiculous as we had 2 subjects the same day.

Faculty

Some faculty was not so good. They don’t clear our doubts. They did not teach properly some technical topics. They did not arrange any activities for students like debate, face to face discussion on the topic etc.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

Ajeenkya DY Patil's honest review

I first opt for Mitwpu at Pune which is very famous for its management course and i did got selected but due to the reputation and fees structure I rejected it. And then through Sunstone I selected this college As it was nearby And also quite popular and holds great reputation. This college is very famous for Dental Medical and engineering studies. I believe they can improve Management part of the college in upcoming days. This college holds the personal examination and we can also entered to see you CUET or other exams. Some student has also taken direct admission which cost them quite a lot of money. Eligibility criteria same as other school Or rather colleges. This quality is quite strict about its attendance. If a student is looking for just fun and less study then this college is not suitable for them they can go for other colleges such as Symbiosis or MIT wpu Ajinkya where as conducts minimal activities and events so that student will stay focused at the studies and have minimum...Read More

To take the admission in Ajeenkya D.Y. Patil college, firstly you have to give an entrance test whic is named as MBA CET.
