Remarks
The college has its Joint Entrance Exam known as Amity JEE, I gave the test, and based on the result I was offered admission into B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering. The score of the test was not revealed. No GD/PI took place. You can get the application form by searching "Amity admission" on any search engine online.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as it provides a vast variety of opportunities and paths to a successful career. The faculty at Amity University is very nice and the student ratio is also close to 50-50. Qualification of faculty is also up to the expectations and teaching methods here to make sure that a student learns thoroughly. Term exams were conductsemi-annuallylly.
Internships Opportunities
I did my internship at ClearExam. I was the web developer and my project was on schema markup and also performed other tasks of adding accordion feature and navigation bar to the various webpages of the company's website.
Placement Experience
From Semester 7, we are eligible for campus placements and various renowned companies visited the campus and various big MNCs also visited the campus like - Accenture, Amazon, TCS, Adobe, Thales, Coforge, Cognizant, Nvidia, Shell, and many more. The highest package offered was about 40-50LPA and the average package was near 7 LPA. The percantage of students getting placements is 100%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee here is justified considering the facilities provided and there are a lot of scholarships and financial assistance provided to those in need. I got placed in Accenture as Application Development Associate.
Campus Life
College life at the campus is very engaging and adventurous as various activities and events take place on the campus. The central library is quite big and has more than enough books for numerous students. Amenities in classrooms are up to the mark.
