Remarks

Eligibility criteria for data science are simple only 12th marks and jee percentile is required. I found the admission form at college. All admission processes id has done via counseling. There are few reserved seats for ecw, sc, st, obc, and ips quota.

I choose this course because I found data science fascinating and believe that this field will have a bright future. Student-to-teacher ratio is good students can approach teachers at any time to solve their doubts.

There are various opportunities for students to get internships provided by the college from the 3rd year onwards. Many companies come to college to recruit new interns and train them. College is very helpful throughout the internship and placement process.

Placement Experience

Placement for the students is good. Most students will get good placement. With decent packages of 4 lac avg. The college organizes various training sessions for students. Faculty are very supportive and motivate students for placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no fee hikes and the cost of the study is decent. I received a state scholarship for my college tuition fees which were around 30,000 for OBC. The scholarship available for OBC, Sc, and St. Fees is high as compared to other courses and colleges.

Campus Life

There are many college fests and events for students. The college organizes various self-help events for students every Saturday which a student can benefit from. There are many students club in college like the literal club and robotics club.

We have domains and certain denomination in placements like 6 figure denomination for top performing students as they get placements in excess of 10 lakhs. Average as of last year median is around 7 lakhs for electrical branch students.

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.
