Complete review for MMMUT

The admission process was quite lengthy but not so hard. To get eligible for the course there are minimum criteria set by the institution or governing body. Firstly you should have done or passed your intermediate from any recognised board. Then you should have taken PCM in your inter. The application form is available on mmmut official website and the application fee is 2000 rs.

As I have heard about the college this course was quite good according to my senior that's why I have chosen this course. The student ratio is now getting better in mmmut. my batch is 175 and there are about 62 girls in my branch, so the ratio is quite good. The faculty here are moderate. there are guest faculties, assistant professors and professors. Many of the assistant professors and professors are IIT graduates and PhD holders and some are JRF qualified. The teaching methodology is good and there are good well equipped labs. There were 2 sessional exams and one major exam held in a year. The sessional exam was 20 marks and the major exams were 50 marks. The level of the paper is good.

As I have seen my seniors from 5 semesters they are eligible for placement. Many have got a pre-placement offer. The ratio of campus placement is increased in the past few years. There were many companies visited on the campus, some of them were Amazon, TCS, Aditya Birla, Deshaw, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and many more. The highest on-campus placement this year is 45 lakh for five students from Amazon and the average package is 6 lakh. According to the resources more than 95 per cent of students get placed.

The total cost of fees is 140000. In which 90000 is the course fee for one year and 20000 is the hostel fee for one year and 30000 is the mess fee which is submitted session every six months of 15000. There are many scholarships given to students. Firstly up scholarship scheme is for the needy students where sc, St gets 94000 rs and general and OBC gets 54000 rs. There are scholarships for meritorious students, the student who has done well in academic in their respective year were given scholarships.

I can say it proudly that no other college organised fest more than mmmut. yes, I'm saying it because I have seen it. Every month there is one fest conducted. There are various cultural fests, sports fests, technical fests and many more fests. The annual cultural fest abhyudaya is organised every year in the month of April and annual sports fest in March and the annual tech fest in May and many more sub-fests were ongoing between these fests. The college library has different varieties of books available for the student. There is one annual magazine and one monthly newsletter made by the editorial board of the college. There are various societies and clubs in college for the student. There is one cultural society which has singing, drama, dancing, fine art, technical and photography club. there is a sports society which has outdoor and indoor games.

The hostel facility is quite good. The hostel is very old but is maintained regularly by the authorities. There are 7 boys hostels and 4 girl hostels in college. There are two rooms allocated to students where one gets a double room and one gets a quad room. The mess food is average and we're given different varieties food as per menu given by students. The registration process is held on the same day when you come for your admission registration. Their is separate section for it.
