Aditya's Review On Alliance University, Bangalore

Overall this college is good for enjoyment but not in career development. It is good for chilling with friends, spends time in canteens, enjoys the events but according to me, it is not good for career growth, skills development etc.

I didn' take any entrance exam.

The placement of this college is not good. The starting package of this college is 3 lakhs, which is a small amount for b.tech students. Student thoughts the package which is provided by the company is almost equal to the total fee of alliance university for B.tech students.

The fests/ events are not properly organized by this college. Some facilities like security, food arrangements are not properly managed by the management team.

This college has nothing to boast about its infrastructure. Alliance University is a lush green campus with all the modern facilities available, modern classrooms, a library equipped with thousands of volumes, highly experienced staff members, hostel with all the facilities and the food-court that serves all sought of food and finally students from all across the India.

Hostel facilities of this college are average. They are charges very high amount of money for a hostel. The quality of food is not good So my seniors ate at the college mess. They really serve very poor food. The quality and taste are horrible.

Alumni network is good, the college provides a social site which links with your facebook account. In this, you can take guidance, suggestions, and feedback by your alumni.

There is 2 internals and 1 externals in a whole semester of six months and Practical are also held after both internals and externals. It was conducted once a semester. We had 3 semesters a year. We had few sessions for each subject so 1 session absent, reduces 1 mark and if we are done with 4, we might fail. It was ridiculous as we had 2 subjects the same day.

Some faculty is not so good, an average rating I give for faculty section. They don’t clear our doubts. If they don't want to teach why they are wasting our time. They focused only on theoretical concepts but as I m a student of b.tech(cs) branch so I am not satisfied by the theoretical knowledge.
