All candidates clearing the pre-qualifying test are also required to go through EMPI's comprehensive Personality Assessment and Profiling Exercise conducted at our Personality Assessment Centre - resulting in building up of a datasheet on each candidate's strengths / weaknesses.

Course Curriculum Overview

The uniqueness of the program lies in the approach towards its design and conduct with a drastic re-modelling of practical inputs woven around theory through Projects/Live assignments from MNC Clients' of the ManpowerGroup. The program is highly interactive and innovative. The course structure provides a perfect combination of conceptual Framework and practical insights to meet the challenges of the industry

Placement Experience

Organizations are encouraged to visit EMPI to make a pre-placement presentation before they come for Campus Interviews. This will provide both the organization and the students an opportunity to interact and understand each other's requirements better. Each year the method changes.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides scholarship programs and gives them a cash money of about Rs. 1,00,000. Apart from this, the students also get compensated as per their background and academic qualifications.

The campus has a great library which operates from morning 09.15 to 11 in night, which is further extended whenever required. EMPI’s Apple Mac Multimedia Lab (MacLab) “first of it’s kind” in an institutional setup in India specialized in focusing on content creation, eLearning, computer graphics, digital video, audio production and open source application development.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel has all the facilities for the students. It is always clean and dry. The people take really good care of it. There is wifi in the hostel which gives the ease to the students to work from their hostel room.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.
