Entrance Preview

The PGP is designed for the working students. The students who have graduated in any course can apply. The interested students in the lat year can also apply. Diploma holders in different disciplines may also apply. The applicants who are applying should know how to use a computer.

Course Curriculum Overview

The top-up program consists of coursework on basic management concepts, which form the backbone of the programs. It is of 150 hrs duration spread over 3 months to be conducted during the weekday from Monday to Thursday.

Placement Experience

Placement at EMPI is a student’s driven activity with faculty members acting as guide and facilitator. The college uploads the profile of the students who are eligible for placements and then the companies who are interested come for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides many programs in scholarship. The college provides scholarship on the basis of their education background and rank holders in the past. The amount differs for each student.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is amazing and always neat and clean. The candidates can feel relaxed and refreshed in the hostel as all the amenities are provided.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is great and always helpful. They encourage the students to learn and understand the concepts. If they do not, the methods are changed and repeated until they understand. The faculty comes from different backgrounds and has so much to share with us.

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.
