Remarks

The admission process is very simple. I took B.com (H) after +2. The eligibility is a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 The application form is available at reception. There are no application fees. No reservations benefits availed to me. The admission process is good it does not need any improvements.

Course Curriculum Overview

I took B.com to get more knowledge and become specialist in accounts. In the university there are many qualified and experienced teachers. Teachers are well qualified and experienced and there teaching methods is very affective and interactive. They explain concepts with live examples. The MSE exams are conducted after a month. It is difficult to pass as they do not give any holiday between exams and sometimes two exams are conducted in a day without a holiday. Even in final exams, we do not get any holiday between exams. So it is difficult to cover our syllabus and prepare for our exams.

Internships Opportunities

Different companies visit universities and provide internship opportunities within the state and even in foreign countries. Companies from out of Punjab are also providing internship opportunities. Companies like Times Of India, Stock holding corporation of India and many other reputed companies provide internship opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of B.com is 40500 per semester. The time duration of B.com is 3 years. Various scholarships are provided in university like Girl child scholarship, Corporate employee scholarship, siblings scholarship, 0% education loan and scholarship are also provided on the basis of entrance test and marks in 10+2

Campus Life

Life on campus is enjoyable. There are big and attractive buildings. Tech fest like Tech-o-Tsaav is conducted where more than 30 colleges participated. There are various books related to the course and other valuable topics available in the library along with various journals. Classrooms have various facilities like AC, projector, good lighting and well ventilated. The GU sports meet is conducted and various sports activities are performed. Vivid management and jazba-e-josh are conducted for all-round development of students

A Balanced and Practical College Experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course for its strong focus on accountng and finance. The cirriculum was relavant and compreshive, helpful for higher studies. Exams were semester wise moderate . More practical tarining and case studies are needed.

My Honest Experience at DAVIET

Placement Experience:

In btech form the 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements. the highest placement is for 70,00,000 Lpa in btech. students of MBA also hold chances for placements. The placements are not in big 4 but still in genuine and great companies.

Cource curriculum relevant. Provide with practical and theoretical knowledge. But needs some improvement with the teaching method. That is need of some projector in the classrooms. Placement Experience:

They provide placement in last year of course. The students visited the Reliance stores, amazon, icici prudentials etc. , Highest package given is 7 lac per annum and average is 5 lac per annum. 80% Students got placements each year. My plans is to pursue my llb degree in khalsa college of law amritsar after completing bcom degree and part time job

I choose this university because of good repotation and this university is situated approx 30 kilometrs away from my village which ables me easy for daily commuting . i do not applied on another colleges because they are expensive which is not affordable for me and my family . Some good's and bad's of GNA University

I want to do B.Tech in robotics and automation engineering but this branch of engineering is not available in all the college because in all over the Ludhiana there is no college who has this branch of engineering and suddenly I called GNA university and asked that if they have that branch of engineering they said yes.
