Remarks
I applied for Surendranath college, Prafullachandra college and City college of commerce and business administration. I choose City college of commerce and business administration and did not attend other colleges because City college is one of the best commerce colleges among them. The faculties are great. I didn't avail myself quota for admission. The minimum marks required was 60% aggregate in the 12th examination. For enrolling on honours, one must get at least 60% in Accounts or Commerce paper The admission process was very quick. All you have to do is fill up the college form and wait for the checklist. If you are selected, you will get a date for counselling. On the day of counselling, you are required to take all your documents such as your 10th and 12th results and admit card along with other documents like Transfer certificate, character certificate etc. On that day, college staff will make you sit in a classroom and will start the counselling serially.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I want to be an accountant. B.com taught me all the accounting operations that take place in a company. However, Gst and tally are also included in this course. In my years, of course, the faculty:s tudent ratio was 14:1 means. For every teacher, there are 14 students. Qualification of the faculty and teaching review All the teachers are well educated and most of them are Ph.D. holders. Some common degrees our teachers hold are MBA, M. COM, Ph., D. etc B. Com is a 3 years program with 6 semesters every year. These semesters are conducted after every six months. Before the semester, the college conducts an internal examination to check students' preparation.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no fee hike and the cost to study was very affordable and pocket friendly. The course fee is 2490 for the first year, 3120 for the second year and 4000 for thirthe d year. There are many scholarship facilities available like the Sitaram Jindal scholarship, FAEA scholarship, etc.
Campus Life
No fest and other activities took place due to the pandemic. The classrooms are quite big and spacious. In extracurricular activities, our college conducts annual sports. In our college common room, we have a table tennis tournament every year.

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.}
From my point of view calcutta university is better than delhi university. Hence, i didn't opt for this
