The admission process is done on the basis of JEE exam, as the seats are allotted through counseling by the MPDTE portal in which we can easily select our dream colleges with a priority of colleges and streams. If the admission is allotted to the institute then it's very easy to complete the process of admission. Further, if you do not appear in JEE exam then on the basis of the 12th you may reserve your seat by college-level counseling. TFW seats are also available in admission.

As per my interest and future scope I have selected this course (B.tech Civil Engg). There is a proper faculty: students ratio at our institute. The minimum faculty qualification is M.tech and most of them are pursuing Ph.D. In the engineering semester, wise exams are taken. Throughout the year teachers give their efforts to teaching students. It is easy to qualify for exams if you are preparing and covering the syllabus timely.

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. The following companies are listed as Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, IOCL, dr.reddy, byjus , zensar, impetus, etc. The highest package is about 30lpa and the average package is about 7lpa. 90-100% placement in the IT sector. I am preparing for the GATE exam for higher studies.

As per inflation nowadays it's costly to study engineering anywhere but the cost to study is satisfactory. Hike in fees is up to 15 thousand per year. Scholarships opportunities are also available for students for ST, SC, and OBC through the MP scholarship scheme and MPTAAS scheme. Many placements opportunities are there for students at many MNCs and top companies.

The annual fest is celebrated with full enjoyment and many of the festival celebrations are also celebrated at the institute. Many of the singing, dancing, and fashion shows are organized at the institute. IPS has a great campus with a huge collection of libraries and e-books and a digital library is also available. Have many grounds and courts and swimming pool facilities, horse riding, and many more curricular activities. Many of the clubs are there for the welfare of students and to support anti-ragging on campus. While students are connected to the campus portal with having individual login to fetch attendance, marks, and online fees payment option.
