College has everything to give us and the faculty members was good and they teach us that the strong theoretical and empirically based arguments suggest that learning to manage actually occurs on the job in tacit, culturally embedded ways through peoples' work practices within organisations, groups, and other communities.

Yes, this college provides you the best placement and job opportunities. More than 100 companies takes place to our college every year. companies came like NESTLE, ITC, KPMG, AMUL, IDBI FEDERAL, VODAFONE, RELIANCE, INDUSIND BANK, KARVY, IDEA, AM MOTORS, XEROX, RAMCO, CHEMMANUR JEWELERS, ICICI PRUDENTIAL etc.

Hostel Facilities

This campus has residences for men and women. Accommodation is provided to the students on a triple sharing basis. Every room has facility for safe storage of the students’ belongings, study table and chair with plentitude of lighting suitable for reading.

Faculty members was awesome they tried their best to give us the best quality of education. And they provide an opportunity for the management student to express and share their feelings with the mentor, discuss conflicting issues faced by them and seek solutions on a regular basis

Is XIME kochi worth joining to pursue PGDM?

Placement Experience:

Good Placement actually depends upon the students only. The crowd inside the college should be highly capable and enthusiastic for learning. The problem at XIME is not the placement but the crowd and quality of students. The college have proper placements process. Centralized placements across the three campuses are followed. Although students need to pass certain criteria to sit in the placements such as maintaining a particular GPA.

Great College with Best ROI

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.
