Remarks
The admission is based on the Jee mains score. The application for admission is found on the hbtu website itself as the college conducts its own recruitment drive. The college also holds spot counseling after the main rounds.
Course Curriculum Overview
The chemical engineering course is the oldest course in HBTU, starting from1921. Despite the placement records in This branch is good. The faculty are very experienced along with high working professions. The exam are conducted every semester and their difficulty ranges from moderate to difficult.
Internships Opportunities
The internship in the college can be done under some professor. They will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of any field you are interested in. The period for an intern is about 1-2 months. The internship gives an in-depth knowledge of the industry and industry exposure.
Placement Experience
The placement of HBTU is very good. This year more than 98% of students get placed from my branch in the good companies like ExxonMobil, reliance, and Paytm. The highest package is 11.4 LPA with the lowest being 5.5 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees in HBTU at my time are feasible. But apart from that you can get a scholarship in HBTU easily based on your financial condition from the Uttar Pradesh scholarship scheme. The fees hike every 10% per year. The campus job we get is good for sustaining.
Campus Life
The annual fest organized every year in the college is named Adhyaay. It's a techno-culture fest and you will enjoy it a lot. The curriculum books are available in the library, along with classroom structure is good. There are various groups and clubs run by students like E-cell, rota, debnexus, robotic club, etc.
