Remarks

A student who passed 12 classes can apply for this course. The application form can be found on online websites and you can call directly to the campus for better service and response. The charge is about Rs.1250 as admission fees. Suggestions: would like a more speedy admission process if it was made online it would be more efficient.

I like to be in the financial sector so I chose BCom as a primary course to start my career. The campus has about a 1:20 ratio of faculty to students. All teachers and facilities are very much qualified in their field with a minimum grade of B.Ed. they all follow a friendly teaching method. Exams conducted were of average difficulty.

Internships Opportunities

Infosys, our college has many tie-ups with many leading companies in our states. It's a very good opportunity for our students to improve our capability of our students. It will encourage the caliber of the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees asked by the institution were also acceptable as it was about 25,000 per semester. Which was kind of okay for a college like this. Merit Cum Means is one of the famous scholarships availed for BCom students. And also education loans were provided by several banks.

Campus Life

Zeitgeist- famous commerce fest, our college also conducted a tech-fest inspired by Zeitgeist and it was conducted in February 2022. The college consists of a large library with over 1000 books on several subjects. Our college focuses on sports activities and conducts several tournaments. The students have a group for organizing several functions in the college.

Hostel Facilities

The hotel facility provided by the college is average in the price it is provided. It's Rs.6000 per month. The quality of the meal is good and it's worth every penny. Registration is very easy as at the admission time college facilities are asked about the Registration of the hotel and we just have to fill out the form.

i would rate it 3.5/5 it is relevent and covers most of the topic afterall add some more practical and real world could make it even better real world problems don't exist in silos coming subjects like data science or psychology with business prepare students for complex decision making

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.

Placement Experience:

By completing the last semester students are eligible for campus placement. There is a very large number of companies recruited from the campus including IT companies like Infosys, Technocrat, etc. The average package is more than 15k.

Remarks:

The college is well known for inducing skills to students holistically. The facilities work very hard not just to complete the course but to make students fully aware about the subject matter. There is no political influence found in this college.

The best college in calicut city

Remarks:

Our college is the best but the college have not a college bus and a canteen. The students are come to the college with bikes and cars and private bus and students are eating food from out of the college campus and other hotels.

My Marian Journey

Applied to- SJCC Bengaluru, Christ University Bengaluru, Jain University Bengaluru. Got accepted into both Christ and Jain but since i was a waitlisted candidate in their institute, I had already joined Marian so that i dont have a delay in my curriculum. The main reason for not choosing Christ or Jain was also due to the fees structure, I had a brief understanding of the fees structure and living expense in posh cities hence why i chose Marian and also for the particular reason being it my home state. Didnt get rejected from SJCC, but got a call from them to join on sports quota basis since i was an athelete in school. I was unable to make the tryouts since i was injured. Marians admission process- After submitting the required documents to the admission cell, you need to meet the respective Head of Department of your selected course and a Personal Interview will be taken.
