Remarks
Admission to the college is through IPU Entrance exams conducted in June. I.e IPU BBA CET. After the exam, the candidate gets a rank as per their performance in the exam. The counseling starts in July and goes on till August. The candidate can check the cut-off as per their rank in the admission process. Most of the details related to admission are mentioned on the IPU website. Reservation can also be availed. The process is a bit long which can be frustrating for some.
Course Curriculum Overview
IPU BBA is a pretty popular course student choose nowadays due to also being a professional course. Being a popular choice. The teachers/ professors are Ph.D. holders and have immense knowledge of their field. Exams are conducted are mid-sem and end-sem exams. Mid-sem is conducted in the college itself for internals and End-sem is conducted in various IPU colleges based on centers.
Internships Opportunities
Companies that visit campus for internships are quite less. So one has to mostly go outside to find internships. 2-3 Small companies visit campus for internships which provide less stipend. The stipend can be 5-10K depending upon the work and profile. Profiles that are offered are in Marketing and sales, HR, Operations, etc.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester, one can take part in placements when companies start visiting campus. Companies like FIS, Amazon, IHS Markit, Publicis Media, etc. Provide job opportunities. The highest package offered was around 16LPA and the average can be 3-4 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee is 2.64-3 Lacs for the entire course. Hikes can be as per the rules and regulations of the Delhi Govt. Placements are fine. One can opt for placement or can go for post-graduation courses as per their choice.
Campus Life
The annual fests of the college are Genesis and Avensis. One can go take part in various activities and can also go the handling of the event. The Library is pretty big. Have a variety of books on different courses and fields of study. One can go study in the library or can browse the internet on computers for educational purposes. One can also participate in sports and extracurricular activities but mainly focus on your education and not much on extracurricular activities unless you play for state or competitions. There are various clubs and societies one can join for exploring their interest.
