Remarks

A good college offering a fantastic experience with the best mix of right faculty, excellent infrastructure and quality crowd.Just if they can improve placements that wud d best!!!!

Entrance Preview

MAT, I chose alliance because it's the top college under MAT. Also, the campus facilities, placement, feedback abt faculty etc was very gud.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Very good.inspired from foreign universities.the textbooks study materials were very good.faculty superb.electives Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing Under marketing my various subjects were majorly retail marketing, brand management, marketing management, consumer behavior etc. The course content is way too good and at par with foreign universities.

Internships Opportunities

Well in this case I must say it depends a lot on which profile ur going for internship. Not all companies offer stipend

Placement Experience

1

Almost 100% placement, but still again depends on ur stream. some of the regular companies are: TCS Target Hcl technology Hcl Comnet Infosys Religare Reliance Some startup firms Some major builders Major retailers Hospitality services Hotels PSUs Etc

College Events

2

Technical yes many times by our marketing group. Cultural and management tech fests organized occasionally. They were at college level still can say almost every1 participated. Also wud want to say that there were many tech fests with DJs. All of us enjoyed a lot

Fee Structure And Facilities

Very expensive Not at all feasible. I can say that. I had taken a loan for my studies Of Rs. 10 lacs. Every semester fees were of Rs 3 lacs so along wit hostel n all it came to be about 12 lacs. I somewhat believe fees is justified but still think it cud have been on a lesser side

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes a lot.almost all the top banks offer loans to alliance b school as it is a reputed One. Regarding scholarships at my time there were no scholarships, might be now they have introduced

Campus Life

2.5

Gender ratios: equally balanced all girls and boys no discrimination Workshops: yes on a regular basis Tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race and religion yes of course we had many inter college students also with us in our campus.they were. a part of student exchange programs by our college. Economic status tolerance yes of course.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel rooms very Gud, comfortable, spacious, clean, and good sanitation facilities. Yes it's of a sharing nature, hostel seats are limited but still can be obtained. The average fees is 50K per semester including mess charges . The hostels are separate for both men and women and are really very Gud can meet quality requirements

Alumni/Alumna

Yes we have a strong alumni network and all ate very helpful to each other either in personal or professional life

Exam Structure

Very hectic, We started the day at 8:30 till 6:30 or even 7 pm at times. We were taught to manage everything as if we are in corporate world. At times we were given so many assignments that we had to do group work after midnight. Very occupying, Eventually it taught us teamwork.

Admission

Shortlisting via MAT scores followed by Written test, group discussion and personal interview plus the entire process took 1 full day and results were announced the same day. Overall satisfying. Many ppl were rejected. So felt that we had achieved something

Faculty

2.5

Very good, superb Firstly majorly all are very accessible, motivating and qualified. All are PhD or even more than that. Very good I can say excellent never faced my problems with faculty. Even during internship and other field assignments they provided adequate guidance and support

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
