Remarks

as it was new college & running in agriculture campus it was nicely maintained. Now the new building is very well structured

Entrance Preview

I have given MAT, through that I got admission in NIILM Mumbai that was not affiliated college when we got to know we requested to MITCON give us admission in the second semester. And greatfully MITCON did that & help us many student to get valuable degree.

Internships Opportunities

No at that time they were not & as we were mid entry student we could not ask, but after 2006 they do provide.

Placement Experience

we created placement at that time, we use to call companies and ask them to take us as interns for 2 months if they like work they may give Stephen as per their wish & if found us good may hire & inform college. that this person is hired at our office so that student was allowed to attend college on weekend classes.

I took bank-loan for NIILM if the bank can give loan for non-affiliated college MITCON is a good one you can easily get it, It was 2lac.

Most of the old student was working as our mentors or professors in the colleges. people who got jobs may be with reference at that time. Now I heard all are very good.

Exam Structure

practical & theoretical both ways. The subject also taught by industrial experience people, so real projects & real experience. I have chosen HR & marketing, HR professors very good at that time but marketing professors were good in NIILM which were not affiliated.

Faculty

The classroom sessions are the best ways, retired army personal were our professors for HRM subject & another subject also taught by industrial experience people, so real projects & real experience. I have chosen HR & marketing, HR professors very good at that time but marketing professors were good in NIILM which were not affiliated.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable.
