Remarks

Direct admissions options are also available whereas I got admitted by REAP counselling procedure where the board and jee entrance exam score was required. My jee percentile was not good like below 60 and just goy admitted into this college by reap.

Course Curriculum Overview

Two exams midterms with two internal practicals od a moderate level and for which preparation is must and at times of RTU special paper solving are occurred and then after all these examinations with completion of all assignments and lab records we prepare for RTU and their practical in the six months semester

Poornima college collaborates with many big IT or industrial companies like TATA, BYJUS, INFOSYS, IBM and many others average campus placement percentage of students is 50-60%. In last year the highest package is 1300000 and the lowest packed is 250000

Poornima college provide internship program in different types of field, they provide internship also for first-year students because they think practical knowledge is a must for every student the internship program duration is 30-45 days

In Poornima, college there are many social groups and clubs for students like culture club, sports club, PIIC club, helping hand club, zircon club, Udan club and others annual fest is Aarohan for 3 days celebrate ones in a year

Hostel Facilities

Poornima college is placed in an industrial area there are fewer facilities for students. Registration for the room simply only filling out a form and fix your room in the hostel room there are double setters for 2 students or triple setters for 3 students

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.
