Remarks

Eligibility for the course is that you must have 60% in your academics overall till then. 60% in English is compulsory. You can find the application form on the tips.edu site, you can avail the benefits of a reservation.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I wanted to go for the management side. The faculty and students ratio is good. Qualification of most of the faculty is that they hold Ph.D. with some 5 to 6 years of experience. Exams are conducted timely and are moderate in difficulty.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Feed structure is that they ask for 13000 every year from students and there are several good scholarship schemes which are provided by the University from time to time you can check out that from the University site or on the college notice board.

Campus Life

The main fest is the IP fest which is conducted by the main University once. The college provides a Library which is good for all kinds and books are available in that Library. All classrooms are smart classrooms. All types of sports are conducted. And Clubs like NSS, music and all are there

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. Placement Deptt of College is very good and students got eligible after 5th Semester for Placement. Placement Experience:

Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Ethereal experience at TIPS

I applied for IITM in Janakpuri and Maharaja Agrasen I could get admission in these colleges but I chose TIPS because the crowd and IITM is not good and Maharaja Agrasen is very far away from my house so I ended up taking admission in TIPS as it is close to my house. I got rejection from Maharaja Surajmal as my rank in IPU CET exam was not up to the mark to join Maharaja Surajmal. the admission process of my college was smooth, I gave the IPUCET exam which is held by the Indraprastha University after the results we have to make a priority list for the colleges we want to take admissions in. I just had to submit the documents in the college and it was like 2-3 hours of process for verifying them and I got admission in TIPS...Read More
