Remarks
To take admission in this college (BE course) one needs to have a JEE Mains score card and should have passed class 12th. The counselling is conducted by MPDTE, it's s very smooth procedure and is conducted online.
Course Curriculum Overview
I went for this course because I was interested in Mechanical Engineering and this is one of the top colleges in Central India. The faculty-student ratio is good, one can contact faculty for any doubt easily. The faculty of highly qualified and experienced. The exams are quite easy if students just study during class.
Internships Opportunities
Recently few internships are been given in the college. Some were during the 5th semester conducted by T&P cell, some were given by Idea Lab of the college. There were many fields for the internship including management, technical etc.
Placement Experience
The placement has been great for the 2022 batch. The average package was 7 LPA. The highest off-campus placement was 64 LPA(CSE) and on campus was 44 LPA(CSE and EE) Lowest was 4 LPA. More than 90% of eligible students were placed. One can get an Internship with a Pre-placement offer from the 5th semester and campus placement from the 7th semester. I will be going for campus placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is updated every year for new students. For 2021 batch fees were 93550 for all branches (120000appx. for IT and BME). The are many scholarships by the State Government for all the categories. The cost to study here is reasonable as the quality of education is nice.
Campus Life
There is no such Sanyal fest conducted by the college. But the club college conducts different cultural, social, and tech events. There is a central library having most of the books. Classrooms don't have many amenities. There is football, cricket volleyball, basketball, badminton and this. There is art, culture, many technical clubs, E-cell, etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is not available for everyone, it depends on the rank. The hostel provides a bed and a cupboard. The meal quality is decent, don't expect it to be delicious. The hostel form needs to be filled out online. Talking about the cost it is quite affordable.
